Almost every media player supports AVI's. The only key is that you need the proper codec like DIVx. If you are curious whether Windows Media Player will play something recorded by FRAPs, then you should make sure you have the same codec... which you do by default.

So yeah, WMP, Winamp, iTunes, MusicMatch, Napster, and many more.
