hi i gained a new rank, i got to pick my gun, but when i try to pick it in the game, it still locked, i cant use it, its the m95 (sniper rifle). do i need to get the sniper medal? or something?, ive had it since yesterday(7hours)

When you're in game, there should be two arrows going in different directions next to your kit. Click that and it should display your unlocked weapon. -

dude.. hmm maybe you should check bfhq to see if it is actaully unlocked. But if the problem continues request an inquiry on ea about this subject. Ea wouldnt want to lose a customer and lose any valuable money just yet :PComment

ok i got the gun, but ive earned to ranks before that, and i havent been able to pick the guns, do the private, and the rank after that rank count as a gun upgrade?Comment

Unlocks start at lance corporal, and every rank after that you get one unlock. (two if you have SF)Comment
