I am new to the game, but have reached Corporal rank. My question is how many gun unlocks should I have at this point. I have only recieved 2. Reason I ask is a few friends are also same rank and have 3 or 4 unlocks. In fact I have more global points then most of them. 1468 is what I am sitting at. 1 of my friends is at 1206 with 4 unlocks. I have Euro Force installed. As well as most of the baisc medals. Am I missing something ??? Any help would be great, thanks...

Your badges do not affect you until you attempting to reach 1st SGT and other ranks later. Your first promotion you recieve nothing, but after that, you should recieve an unlock for each promotion.
By the way, I only have 4 unlocks......still have two kits that are not unlocked and will recieve another in my next promoton. -

Well you should have 2 unlocks if you only have regular BF2. If you have Special Forces as well, you should get two more unlocks. That may be why your friend has four. The only way you can get unlocks is by rank, it has nothing to do with medals, ribbons, or badgesComment

Next time that it comes for an unlock, have your friend play with your account info on SF, that way you don't have to buy SF for the unlocksComment
