Affirmative here. It is dated 29 March 2006 and its size is 8,992KB.

Ok I will stick to this thread and ask it here. When you download the patch using the EA downloader, does the patch gets installed automatically?

Looks like that is what happened to me. Though, when I run the EADownloader, it said that there was an update for the EADownloader and I had to download it, which I did, then installed it and then later downloaded the 1.22 patch, and it looks like it's be installed already cuz all my fav. servers are in red! But I did not even touch the install button :S
