Fun with flashbangs

I'm just curious: has anyone ever managed to flashbang a jet? I know its possible, and im just wondering because i got the amusing image of someone flashbanging a jet, and then watching it swerve wildly into the ground or a building.

I've done a heli as it's taking of before. They ended up wrecking.

yes, i have, luckily the effects didnt last too long, and someone flashbanged me in the chopper and of course i crashed.

Did you hit the jet while it was taking off, or in the air?

You can also flashbang enemy tank/apc, then your brave C4/Engy teammates will finish the job. Just no credit for throwing FB

i dunno, as jimmy said, Ive done heli's (thought it was my own teammate, and it was in a scrim lol. we crashed.) but I dunno, Ill try planes tommorow.

I've had teammates flashbang me for a jet or chopper. So that I'd crash it and they wouldn't receive TK.

That is so rife with gheyness. That you can be flashbanged when in a tank/apc just isn't right. It happened to me once in an apc and I was like WTF!!! is thing made outta cardboard?

I don't see what the APC's armour has to do with the effectiveness of a flashbang. If you're looking out the window when it goes off close to you then it seems logical that it'd affect your vision.

Totally agree with you on that - flashbangs are two things - noise and light. Not so much noise but light will blind the occupant of a vehicle whilst he is looking through the gun port.

I have flashbanged a heli while it was hovering to cap a flag he could not fly away as he could not see and two AT's took him out :laugh:

ive been flashed a few times by the tkp'ing jet campers, never crashed tho since its not hard to fly a plane blindly for a few seconds.
probably doesnt work anymore tho since they adjusted the FB.
