EA just sent me Battlefield 2 : Modern Combat 360

This is a full beta copy and it's a ton of fun so far. I will always love Battlefield games on the PC but this is a ton of fun on the 360. Definitely a must but for 360 owners and quite possibly a system seller for those that don't own one. Nothing like kicking back on the couch with a wireless controller and voicecomm and playing an amazing game like this.

I put up some pictures of the game that I snapped on my main page. Here's a picture of the disc :



On a side note, for those of you into RPGs I'm giving away a couple Collector's Editions of Oblivion which have been signed by the developers. Details are in yesterday's podcast.

I'm guessing that they're two completely different game engines. That's probably why widescreen is already supported. Plus keep in mind this game had to be HDTV compatible including on widescreens. :)

Damn those graphics are nice, hard to believe the footage in the MC 360 trailers are actual in game shots.

Xbox 360 games are required to support 720p / 1080i HDTV resolutions.

Release date last I heard was supposed to be next month (April).

Although some of the screens on his site look nice..it's STILL A CONSOLE GAME.

When are they going to start shipping mice and keyboards with XB360s? Sheesh!

Until then, consoles suck at FPS games.

well.. talus look @ it this way.. some people like to drive cars with automatic gear, some like it manual.... its all bout preference and having some practice on it...

I agree totally. My pc is so much better than my 360. The graphics are way better and I think that the controls are a lot less confusing. PC's RULE OVER CONSOLES.....in fps, i think

FPS is liquid smooth so far. Haven't seen any slowdowns. I'll try to put up more pictures and maybe some video tomorrow.
