I am wondering what a number means in the server browser. For example, I might see the following value listed for a server's players: 12/20 (2). As I understand it, this means there are 12 players playing on a server with 20 player slots allocated. What does the number "2" represent?

I think the 2 stands for the number of reserved slots on the server open to paying members -

Yes...but I was told that reserved slot is not used the way we think it is being used. There is a reserved list that people from that list are supposed to be able to get in, but I have yet to see it work.
I would think that if you have 5 reserved slots and the server fills up, if anyone on that list joins, someone would be auto-kicked to make room for that person. Instead, it holds aside those slots until someone on the list comes along. Poor planning imo...Comment
