found this on EB games website tonight. don't know what it is but it comes out in june so maybe all the rumors of a pack with BF2, SF, and the booster packs are true. it is only $50 so that would be a pretty sweet deal.

BF2 & BF2:SF all-in-one, maybe even the two Booster Packs aswell depending on release date.

I would imagine that this means the game will be finalised at that time, i.e the final patch is released and this game is released at that version. Isn't this what they did with BF1942? Released a deluxe version that was patched at v1.6? Which was the final patch bar a hotfix 1.61 I believe.

So, don't expect any support after this. I guess they're pretty much done with BF2 now BF2142 is on the way.

damn that would totally suck. if that is the case and it comes out in 3 months we will probably get patch 1.3 and that will be the last of the support for BF2.
