Patching - help! PLASE!!
Hey everyone
Just got back from uni where we have a firewall so no online playing for me while there! Yet now i've got back i've found there are loads of patches all over the net! Now i've uninstalled BF2 reinstalled then downloaded pathc v1.21 off the EA website. This i understand is the latest patch and the website said that it would update a retail version direct to v1.21 so that i can play online! But the patch keeps failing to install and i've downloaded at least about 3 different copies of the patch some from EA, Gamespot and FileCloud. NONE WORK!!!!!! aaaargh! So i'm stuck with a 1.1 version and no online play! I also tried to install 1.2 but that wouldn't work! So any ideas what i can do to get it to work? do i need to install some other patch first or something?! Cheers, please help me!!
