Reducing Tickets ?

Hello all |2es have a new 64 player server and unfortunately we lost a lot of our regulars because the ip had to be changed
because we are struggling getting players on and we also run the Euro forces maps which doesnt help numbers etc I was wondering if there is a way to reduce tickets on my server as the game lasts too long etc. ???

you have to use 100% ticket rate for ranked servers, so a 64 map gets 300 tickets, nothing to do about that , but maybe you can just set a time limit , 15min or something ,.
