Could someone tell me the size of a the server Graphics? I mean the image you see at the low-right part of the screen at the Map debriefing screen (when it says "Verifying client data", you know ).
If I want to make a graphic for a server, whci size should I use?
Does someone know the size the graphic should be to look good when it's displayed ont the loading screen? In the cahe folder there is all kid of size?
Originally when BF2 first came out, this was the spec:
400x100 .png
I think you can use a gif now though, I remember reading that one of the patches changed from only png files, just cant find that info. If anything, stick to png file format.

JPG, PNG, and GIF work. If it's the wrong size, it will be resized to fit the BF2 window. For best effect, make the width:height ratio 4:1 (400x100px is the most common).
Of over 250 server gfx in my cache, the average size is 30.33kb.
gif did not work for me (maybe because it was animated?!)
only jpg and png
and if its any easy'er you can use 600x150 (4x1) it will auto size
but i found i get a better results working with 600x150 and let the program rezice it

What Salad said is correct. GIFs do work however animated ones do not unfortunately. We tried an animated GIF ourselves and found this out. I suggest you either use JPG or PNG format.
