Mod Central Divisional ICS
We have decided to take on a very hard, yet very rewarding task of creating a mod. I myself have just the ideas but I am needing some help with every aspect seeing as this is new to us and our clan and most of us dont know hardly anything about C++ and other programming languages. Here is a basic rundown of the Mod:
Name: The Russian Uprising

Story line:
On January 7th, 2008, the Russian Capital Building in Moscow (Kremlin) is attacked by Islamic Terrorists killing Ambassador Edemskoi R. Maccek of the Russian Nuclear Arms Committee. Because of Russia's almost non-existent political status with the United Nations and the United States over Nuclear Weapons and Chemical Threats, Russia is forced to enter the war against the United States and the MEC international armies. Russia starts its Nuclear Arms production and does not allow the UN Inspectors to search and record the proper production codes as previously allowed by Edemskoi Maccek. The Post-Cold war alliance between China and Russia is revived and now the United States has no choice except to fight a war on 3 fronts.

7) "Groza" in 9 mm - Assault Rifle/Grenade Launcher
8) RMB-93 Shotgun
9) APB / 6P13 Silenced Pistol
10) Tokarev TT Pistol
11) RGD-5 Blast Grenade
12) RPG22 Dispos-AT (Anti-Tank)
13) BTR-60 (Armored Carrier)
* Other Weapons and Vehicles may be added
