How can u see what programs u've used??

So how can one see what programs and applications on their computer. i tried the event viewer but cannot find what sorts of programs you've used for the day. if u dont know what im talking about then let me give u an example:

i played bf2 for 2 hours

went on internet for 1 hour

played cod 2 for 1 hour

etc...

so how can i see what i've used/opened today?

edit: i know it's off topic but i need a quick response, and google didnt help..so please help me!

Nothing within windows will do this to the best of my knowlage. You will need some 3rd party program.

Well if you only want to monitor games, Xfire keeps track of how long you play each game. Otherwise, I don't know anything off the top of my head.

They are correct. There are only a few items that Window will track and they are all contained within the Reg.
