same ranks fewer unlocked?

ok I got Vanilla BF2 and SF installed (no euro..)

I got 37000 points, my buddy has 35000, both 1st sgts..

Hes got everything unlocked and I still have 2 locked..

What gives?

Also, is the stats server fried again? Another friend just bought the
game and made it to Lance Corp. this morning but he hasnt gotten
his 1st unlock nor has his rank been officially changed.... ??? ?

I think this happens almost every weekend; the server just can't handle the volume and sometimes doesn't get caught up until Sunday night or Monday.

At First Sergeant with SF, you should have all but 2 unlocks unlocked. You'll get the last 2 at Master Gunnery Sergeant, or Sergeant Major (your next rank).

Looking at your stats (http://bf2s.com/player/BlackHawkPilot73/) you currently have 10 of the 14 possible unlocks (missing the Jackhammer, MP7, MG36 & P90). When you are promoted to Master Sergeant (at current rate) you will receive additional 2 unlocks, leaving you with 2 remaining.

how can he have everything unlocked i to am first sgt and i have 2 more unlocks to get and i also have SF. yea post his screen name so we can check him out.
