The key is (although I don't have either of them) playing on tank/APC rich maps like Songhua, FuShe, Oman, Kubra, etc. and rather than getting in aircraft, grab APCs and tanks instead. There are plenty to go around and ground vehicle battles can be a lot of fun, especially if you're in a squad with other guys using them and you're all engineers fixing each other. Kind of like a mobile armoured fortress (until someone like you comes along and ruins the fun by wtfpwning the whole lot with a bomber jet :p ). Or play EF like Colin mentioned. But if your true passion is flying then trudging around on the ground in a tank is going to seem like a bore no matter what you do.
