It's legal Constitutional wise but not by EA's laws.

They usually dont last long with that in the server name. Those servers only work with a dedicated admin anyway. Most of the time you'll pull out a knife and get shanked by a tank shell. :)

Do them a favor, bring a few friends and a few tanks into the server. Really a great way to get the crowd rallied.
