The actually make a weapon simular to the 1 you guys are imagining

It is called the .300 Whisper it is based on the M16

You take a 5.56 rd. & open up the neck to .308, it is now a straight wall case that will fire a .308 round @ subsonic speeds, & the rounds will load in a standard 5.56 mag

It is based on the M16, & they have 177 rd. double drums for it, & it is silenced, & scoped

Why don't we have a scoped PKM with a GL attachment and heatseeking stinger missles and a nuclear antitank rocket attachment...

and then it could tranform into a car or airplane with UAV abilities and be able to travel back in time.

it has a semi ark over the cannon shaft and a metal rod, if you call that a sniper scope, then you are a genious.

I was making a sarcastic comment about the gun being, for all intensive purposes, a 100 round SVD.

PKM in real life. LMG like PKM are meant to be VERY accurate. there are real life ballistic report about how accurate it is.

armor piercing rounds, to take out tanks, and a health pack strapped to every ammo drum, so you never die

I wouldn't doubt it at all. Still though...doesn't make for good game balance. Why use the SVD in game, both guns kill in three hits, both are just as accurate.
