I think so, you just bind a specific key to the "say" command, not sure how to do it, but I do it in CoD2.

LOL, nope there isnt unfortunately but I like to spam "Thanks Champ" a few times before I knife someone :)

I think if you're close you can hear them talking, like when they say medic after you kill them.

Yep.. also when you are wounded, you can hear your emeny going over ya dead body and 'talking'

Yeah, but VC taunts were kinda pointless unless you know how to speak Vietnamese.

Just crawl ontop of the body and repeat "Need Medic" everytime the corpse calls for a revive. Or even if he doesn't for that matter. I think thats a pretty harsh taunt.
