czero bad image?

wen i try to play counter stike condion zero,it tells me the application or DLL C:\valve\condition xero\vgui.dll is not a valid windows image. please check this against your installation diskette. i tryed reinstalling that does not work. im using a dvd drive (d: or :d) could that be the problem? if not,were can i download the vgui.dll file? or is that even legale? it also ses c:\valve\condition zero\steam.dll is not a valid image. were can i get that dll?

i used to get flamed on steam wen i was able to play. wich as befor i got a new machine

Flamed or not, that is the logical place to seek help.
I doubt many here will be able to help you, apart from the standard "clean the disk" or whatever.
