So this new battlefield game is due out this autumn....so my question is how many of you will still play BF2 and how many of you will stop playing BF2 and play BF2142 / QuakeWars etc etc.....

Yeah I understand. It just really confuses me how people can say that they "definitely won't buy BF2142" or that "Quake Wars will be 20x better than BF2142 with its gay mechs" when we know very little about the games. I just hope 2142 and ETQW have demos.Comment

Ill be staying with bf2 i realy realy want to drive a mech but im not willing to buy BF2142 when its built on the same engine. What there bringing out is just a realy big mod and we can get lots of those for FREE soon.Comment

i myself will be buying quake plus the new bf2 an bf2 for the xbox360 ill just play one whilest the wife plays the other,
which ever one starts to die off then ill probly stop playing that one due to the fact that theres not a lot of people playin it no more.
it seems like EA is just cashin now on the bf2 name 2xbooster packs an 1x addon pack in the space of a year an the bf2 vanilla hasnt even been around a year yet,
but hey we all know they are just cashin because like us they know theyve got a good thing goin with the bf2 series.
im all for addons,booster packs, an new games keeps my options open to what games i play which is good.Comment
