problems with new pc

I just built a new PC...I can start up the game, join a server, and play for about 5 minutes just fine. Then, the game just randomly kicks me off the server and I get an "error reading from gamespy server". This happens every time that I try to play the game. I know that my internet connection is fine, there just seems to be a problem with the game...any help?

Do some tests on your connection. Try playing other games.

Try posting in the support forum. That is were posts like this go. You will probably be able to find the fix for your problem already answered there. Just look around.

If you have an X2 processor you probably need to install the AMD CPU patch (can download from amd.com).
