tv guided missle

i was playing vanillia Bf2 Dillian Plant. and i was running the tv guidded missle for some guy. who him an i found out to become a great helo team together.
so here come a blackhawk full of guys an this was first chopper to shopper kill with the guidded missle. yes it was a small squad an i hit them with that missle an it was the true meaning of let the bodies hit the floor. bodies was everywhere but i was proud of my self. im still learning with the tv guided missle it can be tricky. but ive been told im good at it.

LMAO kind like the game i was palyin late friday night. i shot some pilot dowin in a jet wit hte g nose gun in the chooper. took out a few of there tanks so they get back in there jet. an fly stright into the ass of our chopper an said got u then haha.

You can also destroy the enemy commanders assets with the TV guided missile.

Usually takes about 3 direct hits to take out any one of the UAV / Satellite / Artillery assets

Yes 3 hits with TVM's will waste commander toys. :)
I always fire one off if I see a smoking arty piece or whatever.

Something similar happened to me. My TV Missile was heading straight for a MEC helicopter on Kubra Dam, next thing I see their heli explode and our F-18 fly in the path of my TV missile. 1 teamkill for me.

I still love TV missiles though, they're so much fun. Especially when the enemy you just wasted is thinking "Wtf? Where did that come from?"

I love the TVG's, when shooting a tank/apc whatever with them, I always try to hit the viewport..

I find them a bit tricky, as ive not really used them a lot. There so damn quick What me and my friend do is get in the cobra and fly out near the level boundary and hover quite low so we stay out of sight of enemy jets taking the long route around. Anway we will usually hover in a position for a while, if there is a battle going on and it requires tv missile help were there. So we found its pretty effective if you stay out near the boundary, because when you guide the tv missile from such a distance, you have time to control it and hit right first time, also people dont know where its coming from, as they cant hear/see us in the cobra.
Only one problem, the new patch, they have shortended the time you have with the tv's, but still we still do the same tactic and it works pretty good. Try it :)

I have never, not once, hit anything with a TV missile. Granted I don't use helos much(read:at all)

I'm really good with the TV missiles. My problem is finding a pilot that doesn't try to do everything himself...that makes my job really hard, and 90% of the time he ends up ramming a tree/wall/radio tower/smoke stack/hillside/ or the ground, then says something along the lines of "YOU CAN'T HIT ANYTHING nooB". ...........wow.......

When my friend "JackNuts" is on, he pilots me around and knows how to line me up...After a while of us playing together, the enemy gets annoyed and starts ramming us. I love it when another attack heli will open up thier gun on us, and i'll switch to tv and wait for the shot....BOOOOOOOMMMM, problem solved.

The biggest accomplishment is hitting the other attack helo with TV missiles. I hit a few and got hit by a few:laugh:
