You know the 7400 GO is for laptops right? How it runs would depend on the rest of the specs.

oooo.....well 1 gb ram.......1.66 dual core laptop....80 gb hdd. and yes its a dv800t HP with the good stuff!

It'll work, but at low resolution with all the good stuff turned off. A good rule of thumb for anyone buying any graphics card, if the second number in the name is lower than say a 6, its a budget peice of crap and avoid.

No, even 9600 radeons aren't that good....anyting lower is real crap....

My Radeon 9500 gets a good 55 fps on medium...

No, both ATI's and nVidia's card numbering is about the same. Another post here talked about the 9600 being crap, I agree its not fantastic, but its a pretty old card now and at the time of release played any current game at the time admirably. I've played BF2 with a 9600 Pro and it was fine, considering you can pick up a second hand or old stock one now for less than something lame like an X1300 or 7300, its a steal.

I put the number rule in as anything below a 6 is a very, very low end budget card to be avoided at all costs. They're barely a step up from integrated graphics.
