Hey guys, I bought BF2 over Spring Break, and played it and it was awesome. Now, I moved back into my college, and it won't let me connect to any servers. Do any of you guys know a way around this, so I can play again?

Certain ports have to be enabled on firewalls to allow BF2 to be played. If they aren't then you won't ever get in.
There's a list in the book. Get with whoever does the IT stuff for your school's network and ask them about it. -

Yeah, I work in an IT department at a college. Good luck getting those ports unblocked. Unless the school has a TON of bandwidth, they are probably not going to allow any games through. This is not to be evil, it's just to make sure that people who are actually trying to do some research have some bandwidth. You are not the only person on the network, unfortunately.Comment
