cant play ranked servers

    cant play ranked servers

    my game lets me play single player and non ranked servers fine but when i search for a ranked server to play it comes up as red and when i go to join it after afew seconds it says please check network settings, but i do and they are all fine as i can play normal non ranked servers, can anyone please help?
