ok i tried searching a couple different bf2 forums and couldnt find anything. tried asking players ingame but of course no response at all.
About a week ago i got the message for this 1.21 (i think) patch, and just hit close cause i dont wanna wait to play. Everything went fine, but now there are only about 8 servers with any players on them. I assumed its because now all the servers have the patch, so i figure np ill just d/l it. Then i find out you have to pay 10 bucks for it.
Was there a patch i didnt see thats free, which is why all the servers arent the same version anymore. Or has almost every server converted to this lousy patch i have to pay for to even play anymore?
