      its the best out there.

He did'nt get the drop on me, actually I did on him, we're both turning as hard as possible and he pulled away into the turn, as if he had an extra 5% of action that I've never witness before playing this game. I think he was able to tweak the stats/turning radius somehow
I like the looks of Loc On

Isn't there something in the controls options that allows you to tune the joystick sensitivity? Perhaps his was way sensitive? I dunno, just a guess really.

In all seriousness, there IS a hack that gives any jet that the hacker is currently using, the capabilities of the J10. However, I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt in BF2, seeing as how it's extremely difficult to cheat on a ranked server, and most people cannot, or would not dare to try it.

I have not heard of anything of the sort. I am pretty sure punkbuster would have picked up on it with the last update, at least there would ahve been more posts about it. You want to make any jet fly like the J10, use a joysticka dn crank the sensitivity above 4-5.

I was on a public server the other night and my *squad* leader and his buddy were in the jets (which is another subject altogether). They appeared to be pretty skilled and were the first two guys I've seen that regularly flew as a pair (leader / wingman?) throughout the whole round.

At one point though, both of them said, "Holy crap! Did you see that? That guy just pulled a 90 degree turn! How the h*ll did he do that?" Now if one them said it, I would just have just chalked it up to lag, but both of them seeing it? Sounds fishy to me.

                    Re: Airplane haxors?

Joystick sensitivity has absolutely nothing to do with the turning capabilities of your jet. When you pull back on your stick, your jet turns at it's smallest possible radius, regardless of how sensitive your joystick is.

Also, the sensitivity slider in your aircraft controls screen applies only to your mouse, so if you're using a joystick, that setting is irrelevant.

                      Re: Airplane haxors?

                      talk about a noob!

"uh, some planes cant outturn other planes, that would be cheap?? right?!!!111"

also, the F35 aint garbage, its all about the pilot. ive seen F35s shred the supposedly all powerful J10.

also you can pull off some pretty unorthodox manuevering if you have a joystick and the proper understanding of flight.

rather than just roll at a low angle, if you slow down, and really crank it over perpendicular to the ground, then apply power youll be able to turn much tighter.

although the invisible attack helicopter hack is real, ive personally shot down a guy called |ONE| SLEEPER who was flying an invisible attack helicopter with a bradley.

the guy banned me after i pointed it out though, as well as everyone else who vouched for it. man i hate those gay claners who are allowed to get away with hacking.

and it wasnt just a graphical glitch either, it was verified by lots of people who saw it and i have never had graphical glitches.

Uh so what? Obviously if I give my 16 year old sister a joystick and say here fly this J10, I am going to own her.

Both pilots being equal, the J10 wins HANDS DOWN.

Definitely. I was exaggerating when I said the F35 was garbage but it easily gets the short end of the stick with respect to handling.

I've heard about this too on these forums in fact. The same scenario happened to me also one day. I was being chased for nearly a whole round by a MiG on clean sweep. The guy never let up and I noticed in the rear camera that he seemed to be able to "mirror" my movements. He shot me down like 4 times in a row and I just decided that it was impossible to out maneuver him so I went APC whoring. I forgot what his name was, but he sure did seem fishy.
