battle recorder problems!

ok this is one subject that kind of baffle's me

ive never tryed to use it before,so i look up the guides ect on how to play back data,how to record you own demo ect.

but when i tryed to get a demo from a online game i have played thats when the problems start.

i may be wrong but i thought server's with battle recorder on showed a green moniter icon next to them?

i play EA uk servers that are ranked and have voip and the green moniter icon,yet none of them let me download the demo's after i play i check the community tab but nothing is there?

so i tryed a ranked rackage server again with voip and the green moniter icon, this time it saved bookmarks but when i click one to download i get differnt msg's
like unable to find file on server,canot conect to server try again?

does this funcion no longer work or am i missing some kind of file that is needed to get demo files?

I think after a certain amount of time they delete the file from the server.

Your problem is when you see that error message its a dead giveaway the BR hasn't been setup correctly or if it is working and you have left it too long to download the BR demo then the file has been overwritten

Our server has BR setup properly, but we only save 100 BR demos (default is 30) so if you leave it 2 or 3 days before you try and download the BR it may have already been overwritten. Its best to download them when you stop playing on the server the same day to guarantee you can get them.
