I just got expert anti-tank on warlord last night with about 15 people playing. It was about a 45 minute round, so that helped. What really sucked though is that the kill IAR requirements register when you get the NEXT kill. So when I reached 41, I was awarded with expert A-t combat Cool! Well, the expert A-T specialist is 44 kills IAR. I had 44 kills and was about to kill another dude for it to register the expert badge for SF, and the round ended.....CRAP!
Wow, that sucked. Did you do it without armor? Were you able to get all 44 kills with the standard AT loadout? Or did you get some kills in armor? That's what I meant. Imagine trying to kill 44 tanks with the AT rocket, or some combination of tanks/people without using any armor/aircraft.

I've done 40+ straight up ground pounding, no cheese AT kills on a full 64 player warlord round before. It's just one of those damn good rounds where everything you look at falls over dead.

The easy way out is to just do it on a non-full server.

I actually very rarely use tanks, but for this badge I did use it some to get some kills. I would say 50/50. Warlord only has a few tanks and apc's for me to A-t missile, so that is not a very good way to get that many kills. I did get some nice close quarters action in the palace though.

Not trying to hijack the thread, sorry.

Expert First Aid is TOUGH! The bag/defib limit and recharge after 1.2 have made it even more difficult.....

          Re: Expert First Aid

I dont think its as hard as you guys say.. you can get 25 heals.. and maybe just maybe 25 repairs. see i didnt think so either but then i made a plan.

Map is important. A mixed ground and armor battle. It has to be big with tight islands of fighting. fushu pass and zatar wetlands are the two maps ive been trying with.

Mobility, need fast vehicle, vodnik and hummer is too slow, Use the dune buggy. three seats is all you need and very fast.

3 team mates who are interested in being a mobile, high speed, support squad. one medic, one engineer, and one support. Get on Ventrillo or TS even Voip and Lock your squad.

I told the commander that our sole purpose in the map is to drive up fast to men and vehicles and set them up. You dont have to get out of vehicle, you can move out fast if enemy pushes an attack. Ground Mobility is Key and we did not engage enemy at all. Also with the speed, you can control when you repair or heal the target friendly. You dont want to rush in and heal if only 1/4 damage, or loss time by getting blown away... you need to wait untill they are 60% or low health, when you see commrade in need pull up instant heal point.

Also important to note, i have stopped reviveing during these support session, does not help my meaningless quest for medals and badges and can get me killed. So if your way low on health hit the deak look around, there may be a medic trying to catch up to you with a med kit. This frustration is the reason you cant get 25 heal points the conventional way

No stopping the vehicle unless behind cover or when healing a goup of guys or vehicles, mostly constant movment. The only times we really get killed now is by enemy air.

The first few times we tried it we were getting decent points in the mid teens for medic and low teens for eng, support just make mass resupply point its silly, after a little more practice and tricks i have gotten 23 heal points and 22 heal points. Both times i felt with a little more time maybe only 5 mins i could have pulled the 25 i need for Expert. Repair is much more difficult, and lower scores by about 5 points each round. This may change if enemy squad is c4ing assets a lot but it wasnt happening enough when we were working on it. We have only done it a few times a week for a couple of hours sessions, but im thinking in the next few attempst i will be getting it the legit way.

            With ya Brother.
I got close, 23 and 24 heals. Karkand of course. But now people seem to totally ignore medic and their bags these days. I'm 3 feet behind a guy thats only got 10% health and he keeps rushing forward, dodging the medic bags I throw infront of his feet.
Now, if I see a person doing this or just blind to a medic when his nearly dead, I will not revive him. I will stand over his body with my paddles and do NOTHING. -maybe I'm teaching them something.

I have no problems with revives and heals, do exactly like Brother Justice said. Choose engineer/medic, get a buggy (speed) and drive around healing and repairing. It's easy as hell. If you want all of your engineer badges just follow this same plan on EF's Taraba Quarry, I garauntee you will get your badges on this map just by driving a buggy from tank to tank.

Yay i got it, i was MEC and about half way through the round were pinned at the Warehouse, so all i did was drop Medic Bags all over the place,i got heal points left and right...Last point came when we finaly made it out the warehouse and saw a clan mate in the water hiding from a tank half dead...

The recharge wont affect you, just dont revive anyone. Thats how I got expert first aid, half full karkad first aid bag out all round :p. Didnt go looking for enemies, just stayed out of site and threw out bags.

Nice one Need2kill it is a pain in the ass of a badge.
