I dont even have close to 100hrs as a medic, but today i noticed on BF2s and BF2Player that i met the req for Expert First Aid...25 in one round

Is this confirmed?

Yep. One does not need 100 hours for expert first aid. One only needs I believe 750 heals to be eligible. Expert medic combat on the other hand, requires 100 hours of play as a medic, 40 kills IAR.

On a side note, I got my expert sniper last night, and it only required 35 kills as sniper. This is the only kit that doesn't require 40 kills for an expert badge. Anyone know why?

I thought that too, but imagine killing 40 tanks/people as AT?

Expert first aid is a really tough badge to get and the only people I know who have it, stat padded.

I hear you... The most heals I ever got in a round was 24, being a medic piloting the BH on Mashtuur. Even if I had gotten 25 that time, I still wouldn't have gotten it, since I'm not even close to 750 heals yet.

But, I think it's as hard as the expert repair. That shoud be addressed in the next patch to double the rate at which you earn repair points. I'd even settle for 1.5 times now.

The Sniper Expert badge is expected to be earned by sniping which is harder than Running and gunning.

Though I'm sure most all of us get our respective high kills for badge purposes by aircraft or armour.

At least that is how I'm doing it.

I think you nailed it right on the head. To get the 25 heals you need to be in a Group vehicle like the BH in Mashtur.

To get the repair one I think I might try pairing up with another Engineer in an Armour team on a slow map.

I'm still far away from both but it's nice to dream :)

to get expert special forces sniper you need 40 kills,
35 is hard if you only use sniper/pistol

well thats how i did it,got 32 kills on mansura then got my expert on karkland :)

but i agree that some of the expert badges are very hard to get with the iar requirments,and the 100 hours could be droped to 50 now as a start maybe.

i got expert first aid and no i didnt stat pad - was just in a 3 man squad 300 ticket sharqi 20 people...lasted nearly 2 hours...

yes i suppose 40 kills with AT is as hard!

Yes, but I think all the other kits in SF require 44 kills IAR. I was talking about vanilla BF2. But the same applies to SF.

I have alot to work on then, and i also need another 2k teampoints for the Medal Of Valor....so will trying to work towars that ill go for expert first aid.

Play on a map with like 10 people on it in a 64 man server. You will get it

I just got expert anti-tank on warlord last night with about 15 people playing. It was about a 45 minute round, so that helped. What really sucked though is that the kill IAR requirements register when you get the NEXT kill. So when I reached 41, I was awarded with expert A-t combat Cool! Well, the expert A-T specialist is 44 kills IAR. I had 44 kills and was about to kill another dude for it to register the expert badge for SF, and the round ended.....CRAP!
