A squad of AT's could have nuked those tanks as well. As long as everyone aims at the same tank, tank goes BOOM. Especially if you fight a combined arms attack.

Drop Arty on them, if you can drop a bomb on them, and then rake the surviors with AT missiles.

However it would be best to knock it off piecemeal, so they can't spawn as another horde.

Man, and I thought one side nabbing both tanks on some of the original levels was bad.

Remember your not a whore if your using a vehicle, your playing the game it was meant to be played. If the other team refuses to use the anti-air and anti tank powers it is clearly there own fault and they deserve to be raped.

Really? With 5 tanks with engineers? Even if the whole other team were AT soldiers they would still be struggling to take one out unless they all fired in succession.

obviously the other team was to stupid to do the exact same thing, or have the attack helicopter and bombers nuke all of them at once.

and the commander didnt call artillery? that team deserved to lose.

yeah and the guy who took this screen is one of the tank drivers.....

cant arty us because we always moved from flag to flag, choppers are shot down by tanks right away..

Uh oh! God forbid the game rewards players for working as a team! I think they should make snipers able to counter the mass tanks! I'll play sniper and kill everything! just me, by myself. that's how OSM I am.

helos and jets could easily pick off the zerg if they are smart about it. Nothing is stopping the other team from working as a team to counter it.

helos and jets could easily pick off the zerg if they are smart about it. Nothing is stopping the other team from working as a team to counter it.

I tend to disagree slightly. Only a team working in perfect cohension could have stopped 5 tanks with engineers driving.

Have you ever been trapped on the carrier on Wake Island? No amount of teamwork can stop the Chinese team from taking out the anti-air on the carrier and nuking the jet, while the AA dispenses with the Blackhawk and land vehicles take out the boats. Sure you can argue good on the Chinese team, but reality is you'd only need about 4 players on the Chinese side to completely stymie the US.

I was assuming the server had no main base rape rules in effect. I agree, if they are main base raping, it's unstoppable. Other than that, it can be countered with helo/jet/tank team work. The other team could (and should) do the same thing.

Thing I hate about Euroforce is all the people running to tanks not playing engineer. Except on Great Wall, there really isn't any other useful class except MAYBE AT.

well a helicopter would probably get fried, either by 50 cal or main gun fire.

really, those helicopter guys just dont get it, flying low and slow near tanks....

sure - noob pilots
not good ones with good gunners
mutiple would be toast
and one good jet - same thing

hey - not knocking your tactic - still good if noob enemy
if you owned other team
they then just did not adapt
they would even beat you with a squad a fast jeeps
capping more flags than you

All of us in that group were very good tank shooters, we shot every single chopper coming at us, and we picked off enemy tanks at 500m distance

it is simply unstoppable, unles there's a really good airplane pilot out there.

even if the enemy had 5 tanks and enginers, they can't get organized while under constant fire from us
