First person view recording

Hey everyone I am normally a sniper and kills don't look good if there not in first person view. What do you all use to record first person view? I have seen FRAPS and it looks good but I was wondering what else is out there. I also am worried about my system being hogged down. I have p4 3.2 w\ 512 ram NVIDIA 5500 mobile 128mb. What do you suggest??

With a system like that though, fraps will probably kill you.

Fraps puts me down to 15-20 fps its quite hard to snipe lol

if your video card has an output, you can feed your video out to a capture card on another PC. No fps loss to you, although resolution is usually limited to 720x480
