The money spent vs. amount of fun had for BF2 is very good, in my opinion. I bought BF2 when it came out (about 9 months ago), so if this was WoW I would have spent $60 + $20/month for 8 months (game comes with 1 month free I think) = $220. Maybe if you just bought BF2 and found out about BF2142 you'd be ****ed, but just chill out and have fun with the game while it lasts. BF2 is far from dead.

$50+$30+$10 / ~1000 hours played = 9 cents an hour, better then playing pacman at the arcade =)

You people really give so much **** to dice and ea. Vietnam wasn't that bad and this game has its flaws but its one of the best if not the best multiplayer fps out there right now. Counter Strike is around 7 years old now and has died in my mind, source is the same game with plastic coating.

BF2 was well worth the $60 I paid for it. I've played it for almost 200 hours, which is much more than I can say for most games I've bought.

True that, I will not get another EA Game after all of the shyza they pulled so far with BF2.
