Everytime i open load a server, bf2 or something else wants to mute my mic..whats causing this?? everytime, i have to close the game down and un-mute my mic in the control panel..

Start by checking your soundcard software. If you have a soundblaster card check the Creative Audio HQ section in the programs. Make sure you ahve your mic set up properly in the Options tab in game. The slider that controls sensitivity should be almost all the way down. Run the mic set up again from your installation disc.

Done all of that, It wqorked for a few minutes and everything "Testing,in-game" and then it wants to mute itself, and i have to go into Windows XP control panel and un-mute it.
