I am wondering if anyone knows a BF2 website that shows you a full list of commands to tweak your bf2, and improving some things.

All I know is the frame rate command, what I want to know are the battlerecorder commands to remove the 2D name tags or the "kill" hud, it would be helpful too...

Well, for the raw commands, the front page of this site (i.e., TBF2) has a link to a page with all of them. (Look to the left for "Console Commands" or something like that.)

For a specific FAQ/Guide addressing your specific tweaks, I don't know.
