Being Commander & Supply Crate Limit

Just started playing commander more and I'm wondering if there's a limit to the number of supply crates that stay on the battlefield at any one time?

What I mean is if I drop six crates does the first one I drop disappear?

theres probably a time limit

also if people use the supply crate - it will blow up when it runs out of juice.

yes i think its about 5 before the first goes. not sure exactally the number though

I've never heard that they "run out of juice." Do you have a source for that or are you just messing with us?

yeah...if you've every armor whored, you find that after you get repaired/rearmed so much, it just blows up.

No, the crates actually 'run out of juice'. I was getting a drink of grape from one when it just stopped....mid quaff without so much as a 'by your leave'. lol. j/k obviously. Seriously, though. They do run out of juice. Ever notice that you may be filling up on supplies/health/whatever and the crate just up and explodes? That's what happens when it runs out of juice. :)
