Nothing to do with EA- I mean I love BF2 original but I never bought BF SF because I never really was interested in it and I have to say I’d like all those things in the EF in the game but I wont be buying it I get enough out of the original but I didn’t agree with players getting new weapons and then playing on original servers too me that pushed me even further from buying them…..

Once I see a suspected ploy to entice people to buy it I was out of the running to buying it.

I think the fact that on this forum the numbers of members viewing the EF thread tells it all. There is never a good amount on.

Question could all these new items from the expansion packs and booster packs be brought in with a mod? And free and usable in our favourite maps.

EA is the master of the scam.

First was the ranker server.. why does it cost more to run a ranked
server again? Never got a legitimate answer on this one.. but the answer I
did get was because server providers had to make up costs for GIVING
EA free servers so EA could keep their precious stat and ranking system
intact (which they do near nothing to actually maintain and support and
imo, does nothing but create the very problems they say they want to
stop...stat padders, cheaters.. etc..)

Second, crap expanasion packs... first SF..which was junk..nothing
new but some unbalanced maps and some new weapons.. Euro Force??
OMFG.. what a waste of money..

With all the other games Ive ever played, new maps come out daily,
all for free.. Buy the original game, and enjoy new user made maps
literally FOREVER..

EAs goal is to toss out new $10 packs every 6 weeks or so.. a few
crap maps, a few new weps.. whoop di do.. All the whole NEVER
actually finishing the original game code.. still same ole bugs since the
beginning..

How about a punkbuster update? How about fixing the red tag bug ?
How about doing away with your "10 babysitters needed before game
starts" rule? How about releasing a patch that doesnt itself require a
patch ?
