Yes, I believe all vehicles are weaker and require less damage to be destroyed when empty.Comment

crap! The vehicles have an amount of hitpoints. Doesnt matter if someones in it.
You can destroy a tank with one shot even if driver and gunner are in..
But its not the spot you shot at. Theres another place on the turret where its possible..Comment

If it isn't because of there is no people in the armor then it has to be the distance of the shot.
