Steering Wheel & Pedals

Well, I just bought a new steering wheel & pedals set, and i plugged it in, configured the controls for BF2. But when i get into a vehicle, it automaticaly goes backwards unless I press the gas. Is this normal? Is there anyway to stop the auto backing up?

Make sure that you don't have 'separate axes' set up for acceleration and braking. I don't think BF2 supports it.

I had kinda the same problem with a joystick , and i didnt know how to fix it , sorry matey
