    G-Black Out for Jets.

They should add this feature to BF2. It will make things a little more realistic for aviators. After dog fighting a little in BF2, I say the manuvers you can make in a jet is insanely unrealistic. There is no way a jet can even physically withstand those manuvers.

So yeah G-Black Out is an easy feature to add and will help make it a little more interesting.

Except although interesting dice would never due this due to lack of player support, amount of whines and lack of need....

The manuvers might be crazy...but its a game...

Yeah, funny eh- we get super-soldiers who will never black out while flying their jet like crazy, but then we get weak-ass soldiers that can't run further than 20 metres without having to stop and pant.

How about head/dashboard interaction for crashing jeeps?

I mean, if yer gonna be real about it, you should include the effects of whiplash too.

No, because being that this is "modern" combat jeeps have air bags :p

                  Re: G-Black Out for Jets.

Given the cramped nature of BF2 map design, having to take g forces into account would basically make your turning radius the width of the map. Not to mention the stupid limit that if your altitude exceeds 1000, you're suddenly in what seems to be space. The ceiling would have to be increased as well. The fact that the faster I go, the sharper I turn, isn't quite helping either.

It was about 10 ft., inverted! Anyway to go along with the topic I think it would be nice to have a black out and red out feature but then again this is dice we are talking about. Also some of the moves i've seen the jets pull would probably be too much for the airframe and the plane would fall apart in mid-air. Cool idea but wont happen. Also, think about the helicopters, you have the people that come down to hover around flags and their blads hit everything around there, realisticaly the helicopter would crash because the blades would have been ripped to shreds, but the ones in battlefield just take a beating and keep on ticking.

I suppose it was either the crazy G's or slower aircraft. I would have opted for the second, due to such small maps- there's just too little time to really do anything.

Yea and also for those snipers out there we should make it a 2 man kit like in real life where one man spots and the other shoots. And how about we add 3 people to operate a tank. Or do you just want to make another unreasonable idea for EA?

Yes it may not be you but i am getting sick of all the people making these unrealistic never going to happen posts about what EA should do.

turn to mods people, start suggesting this to your favorite total conversion and who knows, you might be passing out in the cockpit of your favorite jet in no time
