VOIP programs?

Are there any VOIP programs that you can create "rooms" with that don't require a server or any major network junk? Roger wilco is good but for some reason none of my friends that try it can connect to any room any of us create. Help!

You have to have a server running for that, don't you? I want something where 2 or 3 people can talk without having any kind of major system hogging.

Skype, is good for up to 5 people to talk at once. works like an IM and the VOIP is great, but u can only have 5 people max

Just run the TS server on your computer it doesn't take away any FPS (if you have like a router or something it may be hard to setup)

That's right. Even Roger Wilco has a server; it just happens to be on the same computer as one of the clients and integrated into the client program. Ventrilo and Teamspeak should both work I believe; they just have a separate server program to run if you don't want to use an existing public server. (I've downloaded both but haven't tried them yet. I have used Roger Wilco in the past but couldn't get it to work right with BF2 so I've just been using the in-game VoIP.)
