That's my mistake a lot.
On a slightly off topic note, sometimes shooting at a really ego filled enemy can be sure to get you killed regardless of circumstance, but help your team. I remember countless times when I've encounter "t3h-1337-s3lf-av3nging-hel!zor!!!!!!!!!!1". I'll shoot some ego-bloated pilot with a missle ONCE changing his odds for surviving the game without ever getting killed from 99.99999% to 99.99997% and he spends the rest of the game killing me by coming back to where ever I like to spawn, ignoring all important flags or vehicles to destroy. My team wins, but my K/D ratio sucks afterwards.
I'm also consistently amazed at what other players will do to chase you down after they've spotted you. Some will chase you down half way across the map, getting out of their tank if need be, just to kill you even though they lose half the time if not more.Comment
