My mate and i tried it on an unranked server. I took down his full health cobra with 9 shots from the M95.

m82 i bet would do just as mutch maybe a little more then m95 does. but ya it does some in the game. in real life,it can brake the glass on a helicopter!

Just seven shots from an m95 to the canopy of a cobra will set it on fire. And four shots placed anywhere on a jet will destroy it.

Good luck placing two an a half clips in a moving cobra.

i just shot 2 choppers down in 5 seconds

1st was shot pilot and heli crashed got 2 kills
then come's chooper 2 for repair at the tv station (smoking serverly)

2shots and 2 more kills

enjoyed that one(well 2) so i thought i share it :)

I took down a chopper once with the regular USMC sniper rifle.

I was playing Gulf of Oman and a cobra was coming right toward me and I had run out of all my rocket ammo and I just drew my pistol out of desperation /dark humor and shot at him and KABOOM "you killed SoandSo" and "you killed ThatOtherGuy". No way!!! I got two kills by shooting down a chopper with a pistol. My guess is that the alarm was going off inside the chopper, and since I was the last one to have taken any hitpoints from it, I got the kill, but I'm not complaining.
