atm i'd pick the PKM but like someone said, it will probably be nerfed soon altho i think its fine and does exactly what it should do.

i find the L85 to be very good at medium range rather than long range as the sight is a bit weird but if you havent dropped your enemy in the first few shots you're in trouble cos of the high shot deviation, and it owns at close range on full auto

Get the L85

The RPK-74 > PKM

the L85 owns if u can learn to shoot fast on single shot accurately u can bring someone down in 3-4 shots

also the scope makes it very easy to get headshots - 1 hit kill

G36E is good for med-range, but the l85 is better at close and long ranges

Hmmm...

RPK-74 does 35 damage per shot = 3 shots to kill
PKM does 45 damage = still 3 shots to kill

but teh RPK has 600 RPM instead of teh PKM's 450 RPM so it fires off those 3 bullets much faster

It doesn't matter if they will nerf the PKM later or not. If you don't PKM now, you don't know what you're missing. L85 won't give you any big advantage over the stock medic guns. but PKM is.

Well.. he must unlock PKM first. but if you got both...
IMO, PKM has the edge in more open ground or long range shooting maps such as Mashuur city.

For CQC maps such as Karkand, they're equally good to me. One does 50% more damage and the other can shoot 1/3 faster. But even in Karkand, you still got the chance to shoot long range target. So i usually carry PKM and leave MG36 at home

PKM is just insane right now. Was getting hammered with it, so I started using it AWSOME. I have all the unlocks the PKM and the SCAR L are my favorites.

PKM; the g36e pwns the l85 and remains the best medic gun now. The pkm is so strong it can mow down entire squads in a few seconds. You can snipe with it too.

Before 1.2, DAO used to own the back alley of karkand. We strafe and jump to make enemy miss, then keep firing without worrying recoil. Score easily.

After 1.2, DAO was owned by every class except some respawned snipers who're looking for hideout. What's wrong with bunny hop? To me, 1.2 took off lots of fun of infantry combat.
