How do you redownload?!?!?! (goin crazy)

ok i need some help

ok when i first installed euro i got an error message but pressed ignore, and now the game works but some textures dont work correctly.

so i deleted all the files in the EAD cache folder, hoping this would let me redownload it, but no it stills says ready to play. so i ask how to i redownload it?

You have to reinstall BF2 so that you can download it again. This is the only way I was able to make EF to wrk w/o errors. Then I had to reinstall SF too

Delete the Electronics Art folder (not the EA Games one) And download the installer and EF again. that way works fine.

If u go to the BF2 Website http://www.battlefield.ea.com/
then on to the euroforce page http://www.ea.com/official/battlefield/battlefield2/us/euroforce.jsp
then click on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
Then click on FEATURED DOWNLOAD BF2 EUROFORCE DOWNLOAD NOW button again (just get onwith it EA)
THEN FINALLY there is a small section that says
"if you already own the downloaded version of BF2EF: Click here to Download the game again" from there it asks you to verify your purchase and you get it again for free

Is it only one map that you have these problems on? If so you can get someone to send you the map folder containing everything for that map.

I had that issue with Great Wall. Clanmate sent me GreatWall.zip over Xfire and I replaced the folder I had with it and now it works fine.

you can redownload
you have to edit the ea downloader registry files
regedit > hklm > software > ea or electronic arts > eadownloader or core >
theres a part where it records if euroforces has been downloaded or not
just delete that entry
then you can redownload

Here is what I did. Close EA Downloader.Go to the folder with all the maps in BF2 and delete the folders for the 3 new maps. Then open EA Downloader, highlight Euro Force and it should then give you the option to download it again.

Someone should pin this or ad it to the faq because it works. Everything EA told me in the email chat was dancing around the problem and not so obvious as the actual fix. They wanted me to uninstall the whole game and start from scratch.
