The veteran sniper badge?

I was playing on Wake Island and recieved my veteran sniper badge and then was disconnected, I was the comander and winning(that was bad) but my award was gone and I should have recieved it again and have not. What in the world happen? I believe you need 13 kills in a round to recieve it and I had that. Any suggestions. Thanks.

UBAR and Formitron say it is:

• 15 kills IAR (In A Round)
• 15 hours played as Sniper

and dont forget stats are very slow on weekends

LOL. Thanks, but I had mine, but like most army records, they get lost in the paper shuffle.:laugh:

Ok, I got it again a second time after killing someone with my pistol. Anyone know what is needed for the expert sniper?
