Stats no longer work

Well my stats no longer update. I am stuck at 19996 global points and have been promoted fourt times now for the same rank. MY log in name under my account is slightly different than the name listed in my BFHQ/stats. How is this possible?

man its just the weekend stat updates are slow and about the other part i dont no that is wierd
