Anyone figure out how to get Euro on a w2k os

Im running on a windows 2000 pro OS and have bf2 and sf but having trouble getting euro installed....i got my buddy to send me the ea downloader "core" program and it needed a GDIplus.dll which i found and installed. I got the ea downloader to download euro, but when i go to install it it says...error:32791:6...unable to authorize decryption...please ensure that the clock is set correctly on your computer, and try again..etc.....can anyone help me...thanks

Take a screenshot for me to look at. Remember that Windows 2000 isn't a supported OS.

Note that the new DVD "Booster Pack Collection" installs fine on Win2k. This issue was one of the reasons I didn't get EF/AF before now.
