I was commanding on Sharqi, & told this "tanker" to got to the hotel where there was 1 defender because, we needed flags, & he went to the alley where there was 7 defenders

Repeat about 7 times

He got blown to smithereens everytime

Its this sort of sweeping generalisation that does get peoples backs up though.

Everyone has to start out somewhere. We are all new at a game at some point. Some of us have only just bought the game and are just starting to play. Some of us have many other things going on in our lives and are not able to give as much of our time to game playing as others.

On any given game there will be those who have played a long time and those who haven't.

There will also be those who are naturally particularly good at the game. Others will not be so talented but will enjoy playing anyway.

What should really happen is that the good game players and experienced players should NOT be arrogant about their skills and experience. Newcomers at the same time should NOT try and make out they know it all.

If everyone had little bit of respect for each other and had some manners then we'd all be able to just enjoy something which after all is JUST A GAME!

The place to learn how to fly is in single player

I wasn't "so cocky", that I couldn't spend a few hrs. in single player to learn how to fly

Whines about planes and makes no effort to stop them--Maybe they have tryed and failed. Maybe they are in a really good position and dont wanna give it up. Maybe he is just too bad in a plane.

To me, the word Noob means:
Persons who teamkills for stupid/pointless reasons ("MY PLANE-reasons..")
Persons who intentionally ruins your gameplay just for the hell of it.
Persons who hax, cheat etc.
Persons who really wants to show of his E-penis instead of helping all the newcomers. Trust me, I've had my share of people who would hunt me down and kill me in embarrasing ways just because I was private.

Newbie is something else entierly. I think I still am one. Newbie that is. :P

On reflection I don't care about being called a noob either. At least I have a job and a life, which therefore means I don't have endless hours to play computer games.
