Helicopter control problems

I just loaded the Euro upgrade and now I can't control the choppers. When I get into the helicopter I can look around the cockpit but that's all. My mouse will not control pitch and yaw. Neither will the arrow keys. I've tried to reset my controls to default but that doesn't work.
